Serving our neighbors since 1984, Buffalo Grille has been a Houston staple in every family. Originally located on Buffalo Speedway next to the iconic Buffalo Pharmacy, Buffalo Grille grew to locations on Voss in 2001 and Bissonnet in 2011. Proudly owned and operated by 7th generation Texas family, The McAleers, Buffalo Grille became tradition for many. Whether eating brunch on Sunday after church, grabbing a quick bite after a baseball game, or celebrating birthdays and special holidays, there’s a place for you at Buffalo Grille.

In 2024, Adair Concepts acquired both Buffalo Grille locations as the McAleer Family stepped away. With an already family-focused restaurant portfolio including Skeeter’s Mesquite Grille, Los Tios, Betsy’s and Adair Kitchen, and (almost) four decades of experience, the Adairs are no stranger to the community-first mindset.
